Our Policies

Canceling an Appointment

  • We kindly request all cancellations be made no later than12 hours before the scheduled appointment. We’ll happily accommodate if the request is made in advance, unfortunately, last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit. Thank you for your understanding. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a 50%-100% cancellation fee applied to your credit card or package on file. We love you: please don’t ghost us! Clients who no-show or late cancel (within 2 hours of their appointment) will be charged in full.

  • Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the client's booking after you. Clients who are over 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.

Payment Method

  • A Credit Card is required to book all appointments. We love you, don’t ghost us! If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your card or package will be charged a full cancellation fee.

  • We accept Cash, Visa, and Mastercard, HSA. We do not accept 3rd Party Vouchers. Please bring the card you wish to use with you to your session.

  • Insurance-friendly receipts are available upon request. Check your eligibility with your insurance provider.

New Client/Patient

First visit? Once I'll arrive at your location and set up the table, you will fill out a health intake form, and do an initial assessment of what's been bothering you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our business, Peak Medical Massage does not offer refunds for massage services. Membership credit is non-transferable and can not be shared. Packages are nonrefundable.

Packages/Membership

 

Discounted packages are available for purchase at our location. Packages may not be shared with another client or other offers.

If you do not use your Peak Membership session for that month, it will simply roll-over into next month. Can only roll-over up to 2 times.

 

Consideration for Patients Who Are Minors

We give special consideration to patients who are under the age of 18. Those patients that are minor must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first massage treatment. Patients under15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
